put your hand in your pocket for Children In Need

Now i know this isn't the type of post i normally write, but i thought as it is indeed Children In Need tonight and it's a matter so close to my heart i thought i'd just share with you some of the things i've done to raise money and some of my views of it. Every year i watch CIN without fail and it's heartbreaking to watch people live in such bad conditions and such a wake up call to not just me, but alot of other people. You forget how much we take for granted, like food, clean clothes and even a safe warm house to live in, which is more than some children and families can say in the UK. I think it's disgusting how footballers and 'celebrities' can get pain hundreds of thousands of pounds when so much is needed to be paid for within our country to help people less fortuante than us. It's such a good thing to see that total on the giant screen say that as a country we have raised millions of pounds, and you've got to think it's worth it to see so many smiling faces of those dissadvantaged children? All week at my college has been charity week, with us doing various things like quiz night, dress up days and giant jenga, and all the money goes to a charity that we picke which is such a good cause. Did anyone else do anything for charity this week? So c'mon guys keep donating to help the poverty stricken parts of our country:)  Well i hope you guys have had a good day and have a great weekend!

Talk to you later m'lovelys!
